ASIA Recovery began in 2020 as a grassroots community founded by Angelly Moncayo to connect, support, and inform people affected by ASIA Syndrome. What started as a space for shared experiences grew into an international community reaching patients and families across the United States and Latin America.
In 2026, that work became ASIA Recovery Foundation, Inc., a Florida nonprofit recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) public charity. Today, the Foundation turns years of community experience into structured programs that support patients, educate the public, and help prevent future harm.
We support people affected by ASIA Syndrome, educate the public with responsible, evidence-based information, and help new generations make informed decisions about their health and their bodies.
We lead with empathy, accuracy, and responsibility. We do not promise cures. Instead, we offer guidance, community, and practical support, and we encourage every person to make decisions together with qualified healthcare professionals.
